Fare/Price details - Prices are in EUR. Round trip airfare per person on specified Air New Zealand and British Airways flights in Economy Class. Other restrictions may apply. PLEASE NOTE: Air New Zealand services from Los Angeles to The Pacific Islands (The Cook Islands, Tahiti, Western Samoa, Tonga and Fiji) and vice versa, DO NOT have the Pacific Economy Class cabin, therefore travel on these services will be in the standard Economy Class cabin. Fare is subject to availability and may be withdrawn at any time. Fare Listings are for general information only and not a reflection of current seat availability. Prices are subject to change at any time. We want to provide you with the most competitive fare deals in a fluctuating marketplace and because of this prices may go down. We are not able to provide refunds or rebookings if a lower fare becomes available.
Taxes - Fares listed include estimated government taxes, ticketing and handling fees. Estimated tax component includes a fuel surcharge fee of €140.00 per Air New Zealand oneway journey. Taxes and fuel surcharges are subject to currency fluctuation and routing. Estimated taxes and fuel surcharges are based on non-stop routings only (when stopovers are made taxes and fuel surcharges will increase). Payment & Ticketing - Bookings made online must be purchased immediately with credit card. E-tickets will be processed for bookings on this fare.
Cancellation/Changes - Date changes not requiring a reissue of ticket are free of charge, subject to same booking class being available on the new date. €30 service fee may apply. Rerouting permitted, however €30 service fee may apply. Fare must be recalculated and the new ticket must be of equal or greater value. Ticket is non-transferable and has a €225 cancellation fee, except €1,440 level is non-refundable. After departure, all fares are non refundable. No show penalty is €225.
Frequent Flyer - Air New Zealand Airpoints accrual is permitted on all stated fares in the table above, on Air New Zealand operated services. Members of other airline frequent flyer programs should check with their program guide.
Minimum/Maximum Stays - No Minimum stay and Maximum stay is 1 year.
Children/Infants - Children (aged 2-11 inclusive) accompanied by an adult are entitled to a 25% discount. Infants (aged under 2) accompanied by an adult are entitled to a 90% discount, however the infant is not entitled to a seat. The infant will therefore be required to travel on the adult's knee/lap. Unaccompanied minors NOT permitted on these fares.
Travel Documentation - Passengers are responsible for obtaining the necessary travel visa, or other documentation required for international travel including documentation to transit the the UK, USA, and Hong Kong and to enter New Zealand. If your itinerary requires travelling via Los Angeles International Airport (using NZ1 or NZ2 services), all passengers require their own machine readable passport.
Baggage Allowance - The checked-in baggage allowance on flights between London/Heathrow, via Hong Kong to New Zealand (using NZ38 or NZ39 services) and vice versa uses the 'Weight System' of 20 kgs per adult and child. The checked-in baggage allowance on flights between London/Heathrow, via Los Angeles to New Zealand (using NZ1 and NZ2 services) and vice versa uses the 'Piece System' which is 2 bags, at a maximum weight of 23 kgs per piece, per adult and child. On itineraries that combine flights via Hong Kong and Los Angeles, the 'Piece System' is applied for the entire itinerary. Size limitations also apply.
