Fare/Price details - Prices are in EUR. Round trip airfare per person on specified Air New Zealand and KLM flights in Business Class.  Please note: Domestic flights within New Zealand are in Economy Class. Fare is subject to availability and may be withdrawn at any time. Other restrictions may apply. Fare Listings are for general information only and not a reflection of current seat availability. Prices are subject to change at any time. We want to provide you with the most competitive fare deals in a fluctuating marketplace and because of this prices may go down. We are not able to provide refunds or rebookings if a lower fare becomes available.

Taxes - Fares listed include estimated government taxes, ticketing and handling fees. Estimated tax component includes a fuel surcharge fee of €140.00 per Air New Zealand oneway journey. Taxes and fuel surcharges are subject to currency fluctuation and routing. Estimated taxes and fuel surcharges are based on non-stop routings only (when stopovers are made taxes and fuel surcharges will increase).

Payment & Ticketing - Bookings made online must be purchased immediately with credit card.  Electronic Tickets will be issued for this fare. 

Cancellation/Changes - Once ticketed date changes/rerouting is NOT permitted. Fare can be used as credit towards a new Air New Zealand fare however fare must be recalculated and the new ticket must be of equal or greater value. €30 service fee will also apply. Ticket has a €225 cancellation fee before departure from Amsterdam. After departure from Amsterdam, the ticket is non-refundable.

Stopovers - Stopovers are permitted in Shanghai, Hong Kong, Tokyo, Osaka, San Francisco or Los Angeles in both directions free of charge. Stopovers are permitted in Auckland in both directions, when destination is Wellington or Christchurch.

Frequent Flyer - Frequent flyer points accrual is permitted, if holding a suitable partner airline membership that allows you to accrue miles/points on Air New Zealand and KLM. Flight sectors booked within this fare are booked in J or Z classes on Air New Zealand services and Z class on KLM services.

Minimum/Maximum Stays - There is no minimum stay. Maximum stay is 12 months.

Children/Infants - Children 2-11 years pay 100% of adult fare. Infants under two years of age pays 10% of adult fare (one infant per adult passenger), IF travelling on the knee of the accompanying adult. Unaccompanied minors NOT permitted on this fare.

Travel Documentation - Passengers are responsible for obtaining the necessary travel visa, or other documentation required for international travel including documentation to transit the city on your chosen route and to enter New Zealand.

Baggage Allowance - The checked-in baggage allowance per passenger is 30kg for travel via Asia, and 2 pieces per passenger when travel is via the USA. Size limits also apply.
